The operator must configure provider credentials, enable a supported model, and run queue workers. A missing integration is reported instead of returning a simulated generation.

Generation is queued

A worker must be running. If a request fails, its reserved credits are returned. Do not repeatedly submit the same request while one is active.

Project save conflict

Your project revision changed in another tab or after an accepted proposal. Copy any unsaved work somewhere safe, reload the latest project, and apply your edits again.

Payment has not appeared

Payment confirmation depends on the verified Stripe webhook. A checkout return alone does not add credits or licenses. Contact the platform operator with the order ID if confirmation is delayed.

Download fails

Check that you are signed into the account that owns the product. Generate a fresh download link. A security restriction can temporarily withhold a file.

Support

Use the support channel provided by the platform operator in your purchase receipt or deployment communications. No public support mailbox is configured in this source distribution.
