Billing

Plans, credits, and payments

Plans and credit packages are configured in the database. Prices displayed on the platform are in EUR.

Subscriptions

Use the billing page to choose a plan. The Stripe customer portal handles payment methods, invoices, upgrades, downgrades, cancellation, and reactivation. Features requiring those portal actions must be enabled in your Stripe portal configuration.

Subscription credits are granted after a verified paid invoice for an initial subscription or regular billing cycle. Mid-cycle plan changes do not grant a second allowance. Credits roll over; there is no credit expiry in this release.

Credit purchases

One-time packages are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Credits are granted exactly once after verified paid confirmation, never from a success URL.

Refund handling

Operators issue refunds in Stripe. A full credit-pack refund removes remaining corresponding credits up to the available balance. If refunded credits have already been spent, the account is suspended for reconciliation. Full product refunds revoke the associated entitlement.

Partial refunds and disputes require operator reconciliation and temporarily suspend the account. Destination-charge refunds must reverse the seller transfer and refund the application fee as appropriate in Stripe. The platform does not currently automate that operator workflow.

Enterprise

Enterprise workspaces and team billing are planned and are not enabled in this release. There is no self-service Enterprise checkout.
